Health & Safety 

King Pipework and Fabrication Services are committed to safeguarding the health & safety of all its employees and all persons affected by the company's operations. HS DIRECT provide all our health & safety, HR and employment law support.

We are ALCUMUS SAFE CONTRACTOR accredited, and we are currently working towards gaining ISO 45001 certification.

Our Welding Standards 

Our welding procedures are certified to standards BS EN 15614-1, and welder approvals to BS EN 9606-1. 


Our stainless steel (316L) procedure allows us to weld from 0.8 mm wall thickness, upto 15.4mm wall thickness, and from 12mm diameter to unlimited diameter. 

Our carbon steel (SA333) procedure allows us to weld from 3mm wall thickness up to 15.4mm wall thickness, and from 12mm diameter up to unlimited diameter. 

 

We are also certified to BS EN standards to weld 17-4 PH stainless steel, and 6082 T6 Aluminium which were put in place for client specific jobs.
